Co-Founder of NoMoCo
Caitlin Hart
Caitlin has been sharing the practice of Yoga, Pilates, and Embodiment for over eight years in Paris, London, and Sydney. Passionate about movement’s power to create space, strength, and connection, her journey across the world and into motherhood has gifted her a deep appreciation for the body’s wisdom and the ever-changing rhythms of life. Her teaching invites students to move with intention and intuition, cultivating a balance of strength and softness.

Pilates & Barre
Eilish Buckley
Eilish is a Nowra local, where she spent much of her time at a dance studio. With this dance background, Pilates felt like a natural extension of what she loved. The physical benefits and the deep sense of strength, flexibility, and body awareness keep her hooked. Passionate about travel and the outdoors, she’s spent much of the last decade living and exploring abroad. When home, Eilish enjoys hiking, camping, and unwinding with a book or swimming in the ocean.

Kundalini & Sound Baths
Meg Teitzel
Meg was captivated by Kundalini Yoga as soon as she tried it. In the teachings of Kundalini it is said, "If each different form of yoga is like a facet of a diamond, then Kundalini is the diamond itself." Through her own experience, Kundalini peels away the layers that hide your true self, bringing you back into union with who you really are. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul. She feels it is a privilege to be both a student and a teacher of this ancient practice.
